• No Refunds, only exchanges with a valid special reason.

•  All clothing and jewelry are highly checked for any damages before posting to customer to guarantee customer will receive top quality items in perfect condition. 

•  No exchangers or refunds on jewelry.

•  All photos on this website belong to us MINT CLOTHING and can not be used by any other company.

•  Allow 5 working days to receive your items, then email us if you still haven't received your items.

•  All parcels will have a tracking number that the customer will automatically get in our confirmation email. 

•  We only us ROYAL MAIL for delivery. 

•  If you need to contact us please email, please allow 48hrs to reply. 

•  All orders once paid the customer will get 2 automatic emails of confirmation of order and payment received. 1 email from us MINT CLOTHING and 1 from STRIPE (payment and order receipt).
