9. Please read and obey the washing/care instructions of your purchased item. We will not be held liable if these are not followed. Will not issue a refund on goods if they are not followed.

10. All payments are received securely via STRIPE. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order. We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website.

11. Note that delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
