Shipping & Delivery

FREE UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days).

UK track Standard Delivery we aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than 4pm.
We offer 1st CLASS SPECIAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY for £5.
We rely on external delivery companies and we can only indicate the estimated delivery times as a guideline only.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times.
All parcels are delivered by Royal Mail and you will get a tracking number and update email of your parcel delivery.

SPECIAL 1st CLASS DELIVERY

We offer 1st class special next working day delivery for £5.
You must order no later than 4pm that day to get your parcel the next working day.
If you order on Friday you will get your parcel the next working day which is Monday.
All parcels are delivered by Royal Mail and you will get a tracking number and update email of your parcel delivery.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

As we don't offer refunds we can only offer exchanges for a valid reason the one time.
If you did want an exchange you must return the product within 7 days of delivery to the customer and in the original new condition.
Any returned items that has been worn or damaged will be sent back to the customer.
It is customer responsibility for return shipping costs.
